Amy's Treat River DayWe couldn't have asked for a better day. It was a cool and beautiful sunny day. With the days preceding the Amy's Treat Fly Fishing Day filled with rain, New Hampshire Fish and Game was still able to stock the Cocheco River for this fabulous event. This was Great Bay Trout Unlimited's first annual event with Amy's Treat, a non-profit organization helping cancer survivors have special treats. The 11 participants and their families learned to tie knots, had casting instruction, a riverside entomology demonstration, casting and catching on the river with the guidance of their river helpers. 
This event was such a success and would not have been so without the following supporters: Black Sheep Design Company I personally would like to thank all who volunteered your time helping with setup, cleanup, food preparation as well as river helpers. I look forward to our future events with Amy's Treat.
