Lamprey Cleanup

Saturday May 5th 10:00 am, at Wiswall Dam

There are still those in today's society who don't have a problem disposing of their trash wherever they sit. Unfortunately this trash doesn't clean itself up. Out of thanks to the Spang family who own the land along this great stretch of water, we again volunteered to roll up our sleeves and get the river banks and water cleaned up. We do this each year in May and still the trash keeps coming back.

We need all the help we can get to make it as painless a job as possible. Many hands really do make light work. There was a barbeque afterwords for all those who help. With the individuals, parents and kids alike, the hard work was over in a couple of hours.
